General dosage: 1 x1, 3 x 1 capsules daily

Start the dosage with 1 capsule per day, after a week you can increase the dose to 2 x 1 capsules..

In the elderly we suggest starting the consumption of our products in a lower dose which can be increased gradually. Do not increase the dose further if you experience dizziness, nausea or if you can not sleep properly. Leave the dose where your mood was the best.
