VargaPeptide Spray General Recommendation
For infants and children under 5 years of age - VargaPeptide 0,25* (or if they have Lyme disease, tinnitus and a highly sensitive nervous system, up to 8 years of age)
For children between 5 and 12 years of age - VargaPeptide 0,5* ( and any age if they have heart problems, Lyme disease, fluctuating blood pressure and tinnitus )
For people between 12 and 70 years of age,- VargaPeptide 1* (except problems above)
For the elderly over 70 - VargaPeptide 0,5*
Week 1 – 1 puff daily
Week 2 – 2 times 1 puff daily. Leave a 6-hour interval between the two applications.
Week 3 – 2 times 2 puffs daily. Leave a 6-hour interval between the two applications.
NOTE that if you are allergic to berries or have histamine intolerance, the application of this product is contraindicated.
If you take antidepressants, anti-psychotics, sedatives or antiepileptic, leave a 3-4-hour interval between taking the medicine and using this product.
Consult your doctor about altering your medication and do not decrease the dosage of your regular medicines without your doctor’s consent.
- Apply VargaPeptide Spray not later than 5 p.m.
- It is possible to deviate from the general dosing recommendation.
- Everyone has to find the right dose for themselves. Gradual increase is key.
- Store refrigerated between 2 and 8 C°. Shake before use.
VargaPeptide Spray is available in 4 versions, each has different amount of active ingredient. A spray bottle (18ml) contains 120 puffs which means that applying 2 times 2 puffs daily, the content of the bottle is sufficient for 30 days.

The absorption of Proinsulin C-peptide requires the presence of zinc in the body. According to the USDA, the daily dietary reference intake for zinc, including dietary supplements that contain zinc, is as follows.
In epilepsy the use of zinc supplementation is not recommended.
- 0-6 months - 2 mg daily
- 7-12 months - 3 mg daily
- 1-3 years - 3 mg daily
- 4-8 years - 5 mg daily
- 9 -13 years - 8 mg daily
Adolescents and adults
- Men above 14 years of age - 11 mg daily
- Women 14 - 18 years of age - 9 mg daily
- Women above 19 years of age - 8 mg daily
